To employ a capacity building worker to support new migrant communities as individuals and to develop the capacity of new migrant communities in the DCT area.

To facilitate the development of a Deptford cohort of Lewisham Citizens, through training and contribution to the salary of the local organiser.

To deliver “On the Ball” training to adults who have been unemployed for over 3 months.
