Lendlease commit £20,000 to DCT Open Grants Programme
Lendlease is an international property and infrastructure group with core expertise in shaping cities and creating strong and connected communities.
Lendlease is behind some of London’s largest and most exciting mixed-use regeneration projects such as Elephant Park and International Quarter London, it is the preferred bidder for the 250-acre scheme at Thamesmead Waterfront and is leading on Birmingham’s Smithfield Market redevelopment. It is also the lead construction partner on Google’s landmark new headquarters’ in King’s Cross and is the preferred contractor for Birmingham’s Perry Barr development.
Lendlease say “As we expand our experience and our footprint, we aspire to continue creating places people want and care about, and providing value for securityholders and the broader community. We have agreed to work with Deptford Challenge Trust to further invest in the local community and have committed £20,000 this year to be used by charitable and community organisations in Evelyn ward”
